Slow down the rush of preparation and pause for a tender, loving session with your baby and/or partner. Announcing your upcoming child through a maternity session gives you a chance to spend time with the miracle of life inside you.

It’s natural to be nervous, but you’re in good hands. Put your mind at ease with these common maternity FAQs.
When to Book
It’s encouraged to give Albina a call to go over availability and potential booking date early to reserve your spot. The sooner the better! People often reach out as soon as they know they’re expecting so we can have everything prepared. The actual session commonly happens between 28-36 weeks just as long as the bump is showing.
Note: Occasionally there is availability for last-minute bookings. While I have several annual clients booking family and special occasion sessions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
What to Expect
Come ready to browse! There are over 20 gowns (and counting) in the “Studio Wardrobe” for mothers to borrow during their session. Lace, tulle crowns, delicate skirts and other sophisticated costumes are also available to wear during our session.
A typical Maternity session lasts around 60 minutes and can include yourself, family, and even pets.

What Comes After?
Your photo-viewing appointment will be scheduled a few weeks after your photoshoot. This usually takes an hour and this is the time to select your favorites and package options.
Packages & Pricing
Shooting locations can occur anywhere from my studio, or a beautiful and meaningful outdoor location. New England is full of treasured parks, beaches and scenic areas. It’s not uncommon to travel for the picturesque location.
I offer several packages for maternity: standalone shoot, maternity+newborn packages. We also encourage you to bring your partner to the shoot! Capturing this time with your loved one on camera is a beautiful memory to have. While we don’t ask you to commit to package type before seeing the photos but kindly ask to pay the sitting fee in full on the day of the photoshoot.

Includes:
- Consultation prior to your session
- Personalized welcome box
- Styling advice + access to the client wardrobe
- One hour of shooting time in studio (can upgrade to include an outdoor location for $50)
- An online gallery viewing and ordering.
- 10 digital images
Images are purchased separately at the gallery viewing & ordering appointment held 1-2 weeks after your session. Depending on your family’s needs, amount spent can vary.
